Insurance & Billing

Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. 

If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service.

Grandville Pediatrics takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule an appointment, our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule.

Please call the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A missed appointment may have a 'No Show' charge.

Grandville Pediatrics is a patient-centered medical home and has earned Tier 1 designation with Priority Health.

We also provide care for patients using health sharing ministries, as well as cash-pay. You can read our financial policy here .

We participate with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross, Blue Care Network, Priority Health (Tier 1 Provider!), ASR (Physician's Care), Aetna, Cigna, Champus Tri-Care, Choice Care (Humana), Cofinity, PHCS, and United Health Care. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. Payments can also be made online via this link .
